Together we work on building confidence, learning to trust their protective instincts while quieting the anxious part, through exposure and response prevention therapy.

For those clients who have had traumatic pregnancy or birth experiences we work on resolving the trauma by creating space for the pain, fear, and sadness through Brainspotting.
