Therapy for Anxiety
Anxiety management to help you feel empowered to take on whatever life throws your way.
Anxiety can affect anyone and comes with a wide range of symptoms. Whether it’s social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic attacks, or specific phobias, Together We Thrive can help empower you to find relief. You no longer need to live in a constant state of worry—together, we can work to reduce your anxiety and help you feel more at peace.
We are committed to support you through your healing journey wherever life takes you. Some of our clients are athletes and first responders, veterans with combat experience, and others are teenagers on the cusp of all that adulthood brings. Anxiety doesn’t discriminate and neither do we.
Together We Thrive’s approach to anxiety treatment utilizes several therapeutic methods including Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is utilized in anxiety treatment by guiding you to recognize the negative thought patterns that fuel your anxiety and together we work towards challenging and reframing these thoughts.
Additionally, we integrate several mindfulness based techniques to help you remain in the present moment. By remaining in the present moment, we are restructuring the mental script that causes clients to catastrophize or worry about what might happen sometime in the future. Another way to lessen the impact of anxiety is ERP, in which you gradually face anxiety inducing situations in a safe, controlled environment. At your pace, we guide you building confidence with each exposure and thereby decreasing your anxiety over time.
Anxiety doesn’t have to control your life. With the right support and healthy coping tools, you can learn how to manage your anxiety and feel empowered to take on whatever life throws your way.
Together, we’ll work to create a personalized treatment plan that helps you feel more grounded and resilient. Reach out today and take the first step to a more peaceful and calm life.
